Job Overview: Meet with clients to define and articulate business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging single/multiple on-demand and hosted Marketing Automation/CRM platforms. Assess needs, align stakeholders and develop measurable systems resource and process change. Manage internal and external resources to ensure fixed and variable scope deliverables are delivered on time, on budget, and as specified. Act as a source of best practice in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, and Sales Enablement for internal team. Produce high-quality proposals, reports, account reviews, and process documents. Conduct needs analysis through technology audit, content audit, process audits, interviewing. Ability to identify new projects within existing accounts and work with business development and / or project managers to scope and close business.

Reports to: Head of Marketing Automation & Head of Project Management Office

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Own the lead lifecycle and revenue lifecycle models based on the requirements from stakeholders;
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement new processes and technology;
  • Work with data and analytics experts to drive higher engagement, segment audiences and tweak campaigns to increase effectiveness;
  • Design creative solutions for implementing new lead nurture programs, landing pages, forms, progressive profiling;
  • Own the strategy around platform setup;
  • Own the process for data governance (database management, data hygiene programs, compliance programs and Subscription Preference center);
  • Own the User Management and technical documentation for Marketing Systems;
  • Monitor email deliverability and other metrics related to Email campaigns;
  • Optimize marketing automation systems for speed and stability;
  • Work closely with other systems admins to ensure system synchronization;


  • 3+ years of a Marketing Automation system administration experience;
  • Strong knowledge of relevant marketing areas including copywriting, user experience and user interface design;
  • Marketing Automation platform certifications;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and a collaborative approach to getting work done;
  • Experience with multiple CRM systems;
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment, resolve problems and offer impacting solutions;
  • A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large datasets;
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment;

Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS is a huge plus;
